Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. When you complete a reservation through our website, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including nightly rates and applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed during checkout. Generally, cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a partial charge. If something comes up, reach out to us directly and we will do our best to help.
House Rules
Guests agree to follow the house rules posted for each property. Key rules include: no smoking indoors, quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, maximum occupancy limits, and pre-approval required for pets. Violations may result in early termination without refund.
Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. We may charge the payment method on file for repair or replacement costs.
Liability
Insane Stays provides vacation rental accommodations. We are not responsible for personal injury, loss of personal property, or any other damages arising from your stay. Guests use all amenities (including the pickleball court, fire pit, and beach access) at their own risk.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
