How to Get to Crystal Beach, Texas

Driving from Houston

The drive from Houston to Crystal Beach takes about 90 minutes without heavy traffic. Head east on I-10, then turn south on Highway 124. Taking the Galveston-Bolivar Ferry

If you are coming from Galveston Island, the free Galveston-Bolivar Ferry connects the east end of Seawall Boulevard to the western tip of the Bolivar Peninsula. The crossing takes about 18 to 20 minutes. Ferries run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
