By opting into SMS from Insane Stays, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages related to your inquiry, reservation, and stay, including:

• Requested availability follow-ups

• Check-in and check-out instructions
• Property access details (lock codes, WiFi, parking)
• Guest support replies
• Urgent property or safety updates

If you separately opt in to marketing SMS, you may also receive promotional text messages about special offers, last-minute deals, seasonal discounts, new properties, and future stay promotions.

Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS from us.
